Stone Pad and Fire Ring
We had the pleasure of working with Sam from Grand Design in May of this year. From the beginning, we knew this would be a positive experience. Sam gave us a free estimate and helped us with the design of our stone patio and fire-pit after listening to what we were looking for. (We even added a stone pad for our trash cans and some nice stepping stones to the patio which really turned out to be a beautiful addition!) Sam was prompt and reliable and even worked with us when we decided to make the patio a little bigger after seeing the final layout. He was a pleasure to work with and really went above and beyond to give us an incredible final result. He worked hard to get the patio finished in time for the start of the summer season and his price was beyond reasonable. (We had several other estimates from other companies for the exact same patio that were way more expensive). We absolutely love the final results and everyone that has stopped by asks us who built this beautiful patio!! We would highly recommend Sam and Grand Design. When we need any type of stonework or landscape design in the future, we will absolutely use Grand Design!!

Stone Patio
We just had Grand Design complete some projects at our home. We were very pleased with the work they did and with their communication. Not only did they do excellent quality work but they left our home clean and tidy after the job was done. We had Grand Design build a patio on a slope. They built a small wall to make the patio level and then built it custom to meet our deck steps seamlessly! They also installed drainage on both sides of the driveway and front and back of the house. Finally the used railroad ties we already had to create a level planter box in the front of the house. All the work they did was high quality and we thought the prices were fair. I would highly recommend them for your landscaping and drainage needs.

Backyard Enhancement
Worked with Grand Design to dramatically expand my usable backyard space. The work involved a lot of grading work, drainage solutions, 100+’ of retaining walls, privacy trees, and a driveway install. Sam worked diligently to complete the work as quickly as possible dealing with issues as they came up. He communicated well throughout the process and was flexible after project initiation to slightly alter course to ensure the best possible result. Was transparent and fair about pricing. End result looks great. Excited to use the space and take advantage of all the hard work.
Would recommend using Grand Design to others in the future for the projects that they’ve got going on!

Driveway Repair
Very professional! A very hard worker and very well put together. Always the best prices . His work is clean and neat. I would definitely recommend him for any stone work and drive way repair! He is definitely a hard worker!

Backyard Enhancement
Our backyard renovation turned out great! Sam was a great communicator with very creative ideas. The yard was nicely cleaned up each day as well. I will not hesitate at all to use Grand Design again!

I hired Sam to install a patio. He was very friendly, efficient and did a great job. Their communication throughout the process was excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way.
The craftsmanship and attention to detail displayed by the team were truly outstanding. The paver installation was executed flawlessly, with each piece fitting perfectly together. The end result was a beautiful and inviting outdoor space that has greatly enhanced the overall aesthetics of my home.
One aspect that impressed me was the company’s commitment to timely completion. They worked diligently to meet the agreed-upon deadlines and finished the project within the expected timeframe. The efficiency and professionalism they demonstrated were commendable.
